Tensegrity Physical Therapy is an outpatient practice local to Eugene, Oregon. They strive to meet patient goals for recovery and health utilizing principles of tensegrity (not sure what “tensegrity” is? Check this out) to treat the body as a responsive system of interacting forces. Their educated team of physical therapists, exercise specialists, and data technicians, which includes Pelada Coaching staff alum Sean and Armando, combine perspectives to create personalized patient game plans.

From post operation rehabilitation to athletic performance training, Tensegrity Physical Therapy’s 15,000 sqft facility is equipped to handle it all. Many Pelada coaches, players, and family members have relied on them over the years and can testify to the quality of treatment!

In response to the COVID-19 Pandemic and social distancing etiquettes currently in place, Tensegrity Physical Therapy is also offering no-contact Telehealth Physical Therapy services. Click here to learn more.

The word Pelada [pronounced Pay-lah-dah] comes from Brazil and describes an informal game of soccer between friends. Peladas are played everywhere, everyday, motivated by nothing more than love for the game and the sense of community at its core. This ideal drives our mission of educating young people through soccer by fostering values of positive leadership, team ethics, and fair play alongside the technical and tactical skills of the game.

As a Pelada Football Academy Sponsor, your contribution creates opportunities for over 650 players in our growing community, providing fee waivers for families in need, vital equipment for all participants, and innovative programs such as the Coach Development Academy, which trains our next generation of leaders and coaches. 40+ CDA graduates have joined our paid staff since our founding in 2012!
